29" - LAUFRÄDER

29 Zoll ist die eindeutige Wahl bei Laufey für lange, schnelle Fahrten auf unterschiedlichem Gelände bei bestmöglicher Vielseitigkeit. Breite 2,6"-Reifen bieten eine größere Kontaktfläche und somit mehr Bodenhaftung. Zu jedem beliebigen Zeitpunkt berühren mehr Noppen den Boden, wodurch besseres Kurvenverhalten und mehr Bremskraft erreicht wird.

ORBEA HYDROFORMED ALUMINIUM

Wir optimieren die Formen und Wandstärken unserer Aluminium-Rohre, um sie zu stärken und unerwünschten Flex zu reduzieren. Viele der Rohre sind zur Mitte hin verjüngt. So sparen wir in den weniger stark belasteten Bereichen des Rahmens Gewicht.

Durch Aluminium-Technik so fortschrittlich wie unsere Carbon-Fertigung garantieren wir, dass unsere Alu-Bikes niemals zweite Wahl sind.

ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT

Das Laufey wurde für viel Action entworfen. Ohne die Gewichtsersparnis beim Rahmen zu vernachlässigen, zielten wir auf zusätzliche Haltbarkeit bei einem Rad, das stark strapaziert wird. Gestauchte Hydroforming-Rohre führen zur benötigten Widerstandsfähigkeit.

INTERNAL KABEL ROUTING

Kabel und Züge werden auf dem sinnvollsten Weg und ohne Reiben oder Klappern hinter dem Steuerrohr durch den Rahmen geführt.

GESCHWEISSTES KETTENSTREBENJOCH

Um einen maximalen Reifenstand und höchste Festigkeit zu erreichen, haben wir ein eigenes geschweißtes Kettenstrebenjoch mit CNC-Endbearbeitung entwickelt, das genaueste Spezifikationen sicherstellt.
