What feelings are there
And how do I deal with it?
The basic feelings include anger and rage, fear, sadness, contempt, disgust and joy.
In addition, there are a number of sensations that we describe as feelings such as feelings of guilt , shame , self-esteem , feeling of inferiority ,
Compassion , Happiness ,
We were born with the ability to feel, but we were not given the knowledge to deal with our feelings. or we have been taught it.
You can't be angry, that's not right. Now don't be a " scaredy-cat " , Indian heart feels no pain, crybaby ect .
Just think about what you have been taught to suppress unwanted feelings, so that you can simply be
is only loved and accepted. ( Then you have directly beliefs to knock ) We usually learn to pay attention to the feelings of others but not our own.
We see ourselves as "worthless" as not "lovable" if we also show the feelings that are "negative" for us through upbringing.
It often happens that this feeling as a child or adult evokes such pain in us, we decide not to have this feeling anymore
because we believe that this feeling hurts. The situation hurts us. The feeling is our ambassador, it tells us how we are feeling at the moment.
Feelings that we constantly suppress automatically, and usually from an early age, are and can no longer be a signpost, a guidance system for us,
to recognize how we are doing right now. " Negative feelings are important , they are " warning signs " that something in our lives is not going the way we want it to.
Feelings are energy . Energy is in motion. Everything is always moving.
If we suppress feelings from an early age and decide (unconsciously) not to feel them anymore because we believe that these feelings "hurt",
then this energy accumulates in our body. The life energy can no longer flow freely and makes us "sick".
Now some have already worked a lot with MC and worked on these situations that hurt with EFT.
The pent-up energy balls have been released and now it "fails" to let out these feelings, which are usually already very "old" and already date back to "childhood".
The mind still says... you are not allowed to do that, that is not appropriate, etc.
What happens?
In most cases, there is tension (tense, do not let it out) stomach pain (energy is swallowed down again,
the stomach cannot digest these balls either :) .
The only way is to let it out of the body. Screaming, trampling, punching bag or pillow beating ect. What you would have liked to do as a child.
All suppressed feelings are not gone . They go into the subconscious and work from there, . Now you have these situations and feelings with EFT
the subconscious and brought into consciousness, only in the consciousness can it be "processed". The energy wants to be able to flow freely, which in the
subconscious. There is only one way ... let these feelings (energy) out .. And remember, it's not the feelings that hurt,
but the situations hurt. The feelings are and were your ambassadors.
The situations are healed with EFT ... the feelings are disconnected from the event and just want to get out.
Screams at the wall, or a tree, tramples on the ground (even on a walk) or kicks a ball away, or hits a pillow,
or stuffed animal or get a punching bag, but let the released energy out of your body. You will feel better immediately afterwards.
The energy ball is out.
