Can you do something wrong when tapping?

Until recently I was firmly convinced that you can't go wrong with tapping, i.e. EFT or MCTS.

But recently I was proven wrong. Thanks for this.

It's about the opening sentence, "Even though I have a problem, I love and accept myself fully".

This is, after all, the psychological inversion and ensures that we acknowledge that we are lovable even with the problem and can therefore accept ourselves in this way.

In the following tapping sequence we energetically decouple the problem and get rid of it.

Here it can come to a problem, if the basic spiritual orientation leads to the fact that it is all right to have this problem.

So, in the sense of "I love myself because I have this problem".

THIS, of course, is not what is meant.

Where does it come from? From a basic attitude like from some Buddhist teachings not properly adopted statement: "Life is suffering", so the more I suffer,

the more intensely I live. (Grrrrrrr, bite the table).

The Buddhists mean by this that one should overcome the unnecessary suffering. And not, one must suffer in order to live.

So, again, very clearly, I don't reject myself just because I have a problem or something doesn't work the way I want it to. I deal with the problem, don't push it away from me, and thus make it treatable.

I hope it has become clearer with that.
