Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). They always enjoy pulling it out and now I can refer back to the characters to remind them of their manners in a more positive way. The only thing is I kinda wish they had used a different animal than pig, since for some reason I don't like saying "don't be like the pigs" (since I don't really want them calling eachother or other kids pigs). Also the part about table manners is great since we had already been teaching the kids to ask before being excused from the table.
