Kristinus ligt aan de zuidwestkust van het Balatonmeer. Dat is het grootste natuurlijke meer in Centraal-Europa. De winery werkt biodynamisch met Demeter-certificering. Onder leiding van wijnmaker Florian Zaruba. Leuke twist. De ancestral methode is de oudste manier om bubbels te maken. Door fermentatie in de fles te bottelen voor het eindigt. Zo vang je de natuurlijke fizz.
