  • ✔ Pine Nuts: To begin, it's probably a good idea to point out that the term "Pine Nuts" is a misnomer, as these nuts are technically categorised as seeds extracted from Pine Cones. Pine Nuts are tiny, spherical, and fragile, with a faint similarity to Corn Kernels but a lighter colour. They have a unique pine scent and flavour, and you've probably eaten them before because they're a key ingredient in pesto... In fact, it is for their use in pestos that they are most known!
  • ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Essential fatty acids are found in pine or cedar nuts. Its nutrient profile keeps you feeling fuller for longer times.
