We have described the mind clearing system here, so if you take the trouble and work really well, you can achieve everything with it.
Limits are only where there is an extended help in the form of psychokinesiology, hypnosis
and other methods that cannot be carried out yourself without sound knowledge.

A note: There is also a method called Mind Clearing, a clarification method of contemplative communication therapy, which was adopted by Charles Berner in the
1960s in the USA. Our mind clearing system has nothing in common and was developed without knowledge of Charles Berner's work. From this system
I only found out a few days ago after i had created the new homepage (March 2018)
Having developed my method through my experience with psycho-kinesiology, EFT, epigenetics, hermetic principles and much more, 
I had been looking for a suitable name. The choice was made on Mind Clearing and I checked whether the name was protected and if it was already used somewhere.
The name was not protected and there was no other method. So I could use it.
